Please arrive at the studio at your allocated class time and wait in the car park. Observe social distancing rules and leave clear access to the Opticians.
You will be invited to enter the building 1 at a time to avoid congestion on the stairs and in the cloakroom.
Bring as few personal belongings as possible.
If possible, avoid using the toilet facilities.
Once in the studio apply hand sanitizer and go to your mat to allow the next person to enter.
You will need to bring a pillowcase for your block and a covering large enough to extend over your mat and the floor space immediately around it. This should be made of a material that can be laundered at 60 degrees.
The windows will be kept open at all times so you may want to wear an additional layer on colder days.
At the end of the class you will be asked to leave one at a time.
The Mats and surrounding area will be cleaned with virucidal spray and steam cleaned.
