Her teaching style is both dynamic and grounded, blending infectious energy with a focus on functional movement that builds lasting strength and confidence – the kind that supports you well beyond the studio. Whether on the Reformer or the Mat, Holly creates an inviting space where you can reconnect with your body, move freely, and feel supported every step of the way.

As a mum of two who has navigated postpartum recovery and lives with hypermobility, Holly understands firsthand the challenges of rebuilding strength and trust in your body. Her own journey fuels her commitment to helping others discover stability, resilience, and joy in movement wherever their starting point may be.

Alongside her Pilates teaching, Holly is a certified sports massage therapist, offering skilled, hands-on care that relieves tension, restores mobility, and supports whole-body wellbeing.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help you feel strong, supported, and completely at home in your body – all to a soundtrack that inspires and moves you with purpose.
