Phillipa Harris

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with a wealth of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions: disorders affecting bones, joints and muscles. I love working with people to help them recover from illness or injury and to discover the power of Clinical Pilates.

My purpose is to help people to achieve their goals whether it is to manage pain or to allow them to participate in activities they enjoy. My philosophy in my own life is that prevention is better than cure and the role that appropriate exercise has to play in this is key for me
