Making Every Body Better

Learning to move well is at the heart of everything we do at BodyMotion. By bringing together the disciplines of Physiotherapy, Pilates and Corrective Exercise every body can move better and stay better.

We can all develop great posture, movement and strength with the help of a knowledgeable, experienced BodyMotion Therapist. Highly trained and able to guide you through your journey from injury to fitness and beyond, your therapist will help you to understand how your body can feel and move better.

“Tracey is real motivator and an expert in her field. She has really helped to identify specific areas that I needed to work on and tone. I’ve always enjoyed my sessions with Tracey, they are challenging but always good fun and I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived!”
