We’re excited to be hosting Reformer classes again, but for your safety we will be employing some new guidelines…
You will wait in the car park until your allotted class time, observe social distancing rules or remain in your car.
The waiting area in the studio is closed. Please do not wait on the ramp, others may be entering or leaving the studio as both the Physiotherapy Clinic and Salon are open.
You will be invited to enter the building 1 at a time where you will apply hand sanitizer and be directed to your allocated Reformer.
Please keep all of your belongings with you.
Once the first person is standing by their Reformer the next will be invited in.
You will be provided with a pair of non-slip gloves to keep and use solely for Reformer.
The windows will be kept open at all times so you may wish to wear an additional layer on cooler days.
Please arrive ready for class, there are no changing facilities and only bring with you what is absolutely necessary.
Where possible please avoid using the toilet facilities
At the end of your class you will be invited to leave 1 at a time. If you wish to stay and chat, please do not congregate by the entrance.
All Reformers will be thoroughly cleaned with virucidal spray and steam cleaned after use.
If you feel that you would like your own space, please get in touch in advance.
