Clinical Pilates is a unique blend of Joseph Pilates’ original movements and exercises clinically proven to improve muscle balance, flexibility, core strength and stability. Carefully tailored and instructed by our Physiotherapists, this is the ideal form of exercise to improve sports performance, prevent injury, aid rehabilitation and promote healthy ageing.

Body Motion Pilates also incorporates functional movements to improve balance, standing strength and co-ordination to help improve your ability to cope with the demands of daily life.

1 on 1 Individual Pilates
 
Individual Pilates training is the most effective way to enjoy a programme that is truly tailor-made for you. If you are preparing for or recovering from surgery, have ongoing back or health issues or simply want to maximize your fitness potential we would recommend 1-1 sessions.
 
Individual Pilates Reformer training
 
The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment that further aids the practice with different spring options for more resistance. If you’ve done mat Pilates before, you’re likely to know what amazing core-strengthening work it is. Now add on the resistance of the reformer as well and you can expect to see fantastic results!
Perfect for rehabilitation, the Reformer helps to maintain correct alignment whist your therapist gradually increases resistance as strength improves.
After 10 sessions you will feel better, after 20 sessions you will move better and after 30 sessions you will look better than ever before!
