Individual Clinical Exercise training differs from personal fitness training in a number of ways, largely because the primary aim is to address the foundations of movement and good health rather than a singular fitness goal.
Clinical exercise sessions are based on scientific principles and medical evidence with client safety at the core. Establishing correct movement and healthy function is the first step to achieving life-long, sustainable change.
An initial posture assessment and movement analysis enable us to agree a highly effective training programme that will stabilise and strengthen areas of weakness and improve flexibility to avoid injury along the way.
Each expertly taught individual session is completely bespoke and will be designed in partnership to support you in achieving your health and fitness targets safely and effectively.
Clinical Exercise is particularly appropriate for client’s suffering from long term health conditions, those recovering from surgery or returning to exercise following injury.
